Estonian road construction company TREV-2 intends to get listed at bourse
TREV-2 Grupp council chairman Peeter Vilipuu said that BaltCap’s business philosophy coincides with that of TREV-2 which results in smooth cooperation and securing TREV-2’s leading position.
“When we look at the market from aside now, it seems like lawyers build roads, not road engineers. As the result of endless procurement disputes, everyone is eventually the loser, the client – the state, market players and all people in traffic. BaltCap sees high quality work and innovation as TREV-2 long-term strengths,” said Kristjan Kalda, BaltCap investments director.
Äripäev Online reported that BaltCap bought around 1.5 million shares or 20.75% of TREV-2, said Martin Kõdar, who will work as BaltCap’s representative in TREV-2 council. Earlier owners did not sell the shares, a new share issue was held for the new owner.
Kõdar did not reveal the price of transaction but the volume of the share issue could have been around 50 mln kroons, Äripäev said.
TREV-2 Grupp earned in 2009 26.5 mln kroons of loss on 866.8 mln kroons turnover.
