The retail trade and leisure center Akropolis in Kaunas was sold to the company Deka Immobilien from Germany, which is the representative of the real estate foundation WestInvest InterSelect.

Both parties are silent on the sum of the bargain, informs ELTA.

Akropolis company group is the part of VP Group, which also owns the retail chain Maxima and the chemist chain Eurovaistine.

It is the second Deka Immobilien investment in Lithuania. Last year its foundation purchased the retail center BIG in Vilnius.
