Daugavpils Locomotive Repair Plant suffered EUR 263,953 losses in 2013

Daugavpils Locomotive Repair Plant (DLRP) suffered losses of EUR 263,953 in 2013, company's audited financial statement confirms, cites LETA/Nozare.lv.

DLRP's profit in 2012 was EUR 1,032,066.

 

The company's turnover in 2013 was EUR 36.637 million, which is 15.8% less than in 2012, when its turnover was EUR 43.527 million.

 

DLRP and its subsidiaries consolidated their turnover in 2013 was EUR 25.63 million, and suffered losses of EUR 242,076.

 

DLRP implemented its production for EUR 25 million, which is 18% less than in 2012. From the total amount of production, EUR 22.14 million came from the diesel-electric locomotive repairs, EUR 1.74 million – spare parts, EUR 1.6 million – electric engine repairs.

 

From the total amount of implemented production EUR 16.19 million or 59.7% was realized in Russia, EUR 5.6 million or 20.7% in Estonia, EUR 2.21 million or 8.1% in Latvia, and EUR 1.54 million or 5.7% in Belarus.

 

The largest shareholder of DLRP with 47.97% of shares is the Estonian Skinest Rail, 25.27% belongs to the Estonian Spacecom 15.37% – Estonian LLC Lokomotiiv Investeeringuud, 11.39% – to the rest of shareholders.
