Orlen Lithuania posts loss of EUR 12.3 mln for Q3
29.10.2020Lithuanian company Orlen Lietuva, owned by Poland's largest oil group Orlen, posted a loss of 12.3 million euros (14.4 million US dollars) in the third quarter of this year, after earning a profit of 21.5 million euros (25.2 million US dollars) a year ago, informs LETA/BNS.

Latvian retail sales up 5.9% in September
29.10.2020Calendar adjusted data (at constant prices) compiled by the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) show that, compared to September 2019, in September 2020 total retail trade turnover rose by 5.9%. Turnover of retail trade in food products grew by 5.3%. Retail trade in non-food products (except for retail sale of automotive fuel) increased by 3.5%, but turnover of retail sale of automotive fuel – by 13.4%.
