Prices for the industrial production in Lithuania by 1.1% in September
Over the month, prices for industrial production sold on the Lithuanian market decreased by 0.3%, refined petroleum products excluded – increased by 0.5%. The most significant decrease in prices was recorded for refined petroleum products (6.5 per cent). The largest increase in prices was observed for electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (2.7%). Food products increased by 0.7%. A significant increase in prices was observed for condiments and seasonings – 7.4%, oils and fats – 6.6 per cent, processed and preserved fruit, berries and vegetables – 4.8%, while sugar went down in price – 2.3%, fruit, berries and vegetable juice – 2, processed and preserved poultry meat – 1.8 per cent. Over the month, prices for industrial production sold on the non-Lithuanian market decreased by 1.6%, refined petroleum products excluded – increased by 0.4%.
Over
the month, the overall price change for industrial production sold
on the euro area market decreased by 2.9%, on the
non-euro area market – 0.8%
Over the year (September 2020, against September 2019), prices for the total industrial production sold decreased by 10.2%, refined petroleum products excluded – 2.3%.
Over the year, prices for industrial production sold on the Lithuanian market decreased by 7.2%, refined petroleum products excluded – 2%.
Over the year, prices for industrial production sold on the non-Lithuanian market decreased by 12.3%, refined petroleum products excluded – 2.5%.
Over the year, prices for industrial production sold on the euro area market decreased by 11.5%, on the non-euro area market – 12.7%.
