In September, overall level of construction costs fell by 0.5%
In
September, the average level of construction costs was mostly affected by a
drop in prices of sand, as well as of metal structures and small metal
products.
Compared
to September 2019, construction costs rose by 0.7%. Labour remuneration of
workers rose by 7.4%, maintenance and operational costs of machinery
and equipment – by 0.6%, but prices of building materials – fell by 2.1%.
Compared
to the 2nd quarter, in the 3rd quarter of 2020 the overall level of
construction costs rose by 0.1%. Labour remuneration of workers increased by 1.1%,
maintenance and operational costs of machinery and equipment – by 0.4%, but
prices of building materials – reduced by 0.6%.
In the
3rd quarter of 2020, compared to the 3rd quarter of 2019, the overall
level of construction costs rose by 0.9%. Labour remuneration of workers rose by
7.4%, maintenance and operational costs of machinery and equipment – by 0.5%,
but prices of building materials – reduced by 1.6%.
