Lithuania's Jan-Sep exports fall 6%, imports 12%

Lithuania's exports contracted by 6% in January-September 2020 from a year earlier to 20.624 billion euros, and its imports shrank by 12% to 20.979 billion euros, the country's statistics office said on Friday, cites LETA/BNS.
Exports of Lithuanian-origin goods alone declined by 9% to 12.136 billion euros.
Lithuania's foreign trade deficit for the nine months narrowed to 354.9 million euros, from 1.942 billion euros in the same period last year, based on non-final data.
