Lithuania's MRO provider FL Technics buys Italy's Flash Line Maintenance

FL Technics said that the acquisition would increase its line maintenance support network to over 50 stations across Europe.
It did not disclose the value of the deal.
"This new investment, our own network of line support stations and the previously acquired Storm Aviation network offer our customers great prospects for strengthening partnerships across this continent," FL Technics CEO Zilvinas Lapinskas said in a comment.
Flash Line Maintenance S.r.l. has a network of 10 line maintenance stations at German, French, Italian and Spanish airports. Its Italian clients include Air Dolomiti, ASL Airlines, British Airways CityFlyer, EasyJet, Volotea and Wizzair.
FL Technics, which is part of the Lithuanian-owned aviation group Avia Solutions Group (ASG), has offices in Lithuania, the UK, Indonesia, Thailand and China, and employs over 1,200 people.
