BC, Vilnius, 21.07.2020.Print version
Axis Tech, a provider of energy production solutions and designer and manufacturer of customized equipment and metal structures for different industries, part of the Icor group, has produced a crane for 3.9 million euros for Azovstal, one of the largest steel rolling companies in Ukraine, part of the Ukrainian Metinvest group, and plans further expansion in the Ukrainian market, reports LETA/BNS.
Axis Tech has already launched negotiations for the production of another three cranes with Azovstal, its CEO Paulius Arstikys says.
"A successful start not only allows us to plan further cooperation with different Metinvest production facilities but also with other metallurgical market players in Ukraine," he said in a statement.
Weighting at 260 tons, the crane was designed and produced by Axis Tech and it took 60 days to transport it to Ukraine. As much time will be needed to install it at the Azovstal production facility in the city of Mariupol.
