Privat3 registers company in Lithuania

Reda Bedjaoui, the founder of the fintech firm Privat3, has registered a company in Lithuania under the name of Privat3 Europe, reports LETA/BNS.

The new company has informed the Lithuanian Center of Registers that it will operate as an electronic money institution after obtaining a license.
The fintech newswire Finextra has reported that UK-registered Privat3 Money has selected Vilnius-based FintechLab "to power its core payments platform and mobile app".
Privat3 Europe was registered on July 27 with an authorized share capital of 350,000 euros and Noyan Nihat as its CEO, according to the Center of Registers.
