"This year, our third-quarter turnover is nearly the same as a year ago, which we see as a positive trend. The strategy to diversify the target markets keeps bearing fruit also this year. Of course, we are feeling an impact from the pandemic, but we are doing all we can to maintain production volumes, largely thanks to expansion to new markets in Europe," said DLRR board member Natalija Petrova.

DLRR representatives indicated that the company's turnover in the third quarter of 2020 was 10.3% higher than in the first six months of this year together.

Of the company's three lines of operations - rolling stock repairs, manufacture of spare parts and metalworking - repair services were currently generating the highest revenue.

In 2019, DLRR generated EUR 38.446 million in turnover, an increase of 31.9% against 2018, while the group's profit was EUR 86,026 in contrast to a loss incurred in 2018, according to information from Firmas.lv.

Estonia's Skinest Rail directly and indirectly holds 7,955,474 shares or 95.92% in DLRR.
