Igor Epshteyn, the Minsk-born founder and CEO of Coherent Solutions, listed Lithuania's tech talent and language skills as the key factors behind the decision to establish an office in Vilnius, the foreign investment promotion agency said in a press release.

"Coherent’s main criteria in selecting a new location were a strong technical education system and a high level of English. Lithuania certainly meets these criteria," he was quoted as saying.

"The country was also an attractive investment location due to its overall ease of doing business as well as its proximity to and shared culture and history with Belarus, where the majority of our operations reside."  

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Coherent Solutions has more than ,1400 employees across its offices in the US, Belarus and Bulgaria.
