Merko to build Prisma store EUR 4.4 mln

Print versionAS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of the listed Estonian construction group Merko Ehitus, and Tiskre Arendus OU have entered into a contract to perform construction works of a commercial and service building at 61 Liiva Road in Tiskre near Tallinn, the cost of the contract is approximately 4.4 million euros without VAT, informs LETA/BNS.

The contract includes construction of a one-storey commercial and service building together with the infrastructure around the building. The anchor tenant of the commercial building will be Prisma, Merko told the stock exchange.
The contract value is approximately 4.4 million euros, plus VAT. The works are scheduled to be completed in summer 2021.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is an Estonian construction company that offers construction services in general construction, civil engineering, road, electrical and residential construction.
