Hong Kong fintech firm sets up company in Lithuania

Hong Kong-based Niche Global Fintech Corporation Limited has established a company in Lithuania, informs LETA/BNS.
Lulu Financials, the new company, was registered last Friday, with Niche Global Fintech Corporation Limited as its sole shareholder, according to the Lithuanian Center of Registers.
The company has an authorized capital of 1.1 million euros. Its CEO is Xiao Yu, a Chinese national.
Niche Global says on its website that it is "an innovative fintech player which provides personal and business financial solutions using cutting-edge technology in the EU market".
It is co-owned by two publicly listed companies, 9F Inc. and HKEX.
