Number of diagnosed coronavirus cases in Estonia climbs by 39 to 679

A total of 679 people had been diagnosed with the coronavirus in Estonia as of Sunday morning, with 39 new cases registered during the past 24 hour.
Altogether over 1,000 coronavirus tests were carried out in Estonia during the 24-hour period.
Of the people whose positive test return was registered during the past day, 24 are residents of Saaremaa island, 10 of Harju County and Tallinn, two of Parnu County and Tartu County each and one of Voru County.
As of Sunday evening, 56 patients with coronavirus were undergoing treatment in hospital. Ten of the patients being treated in intensive were in critical condition. Twenty patients have recovered from the illness and two patients have died.
